US: Production worker – field of nanotechnology

eSpin Technologies is a high tech company based in Chattanooga which is involved in the exciting and emerging field of nanotechnology.  The company manufactures nanofibers which are 1,000 times smaller than the diameter of a human hair and are used for clean room products, filtration, surgical gowns, biomedical devices and specialty fabrics among others.

Responsibilities:

• Filter assembly and  associated equipment
• Document and maintain log book
• Perform all quality checks
• Carry out first level maintenance jobs
• Maintain shop floor
• Report to project manager

Qualifications:

Minimum

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Willingness to work a rotation shift schedule
• Positive attitude and willing to work hard

Preferred

• Previous manufacturing experience in a machine-paced environment
