US: Postdoctoral Researcher

Description:
We are looking for a postdoctoral researcher to work on a joint project between the Colorado School of Mines and Missouri University of Science and Technology.  The role involves fabrication and testing of multiphase flow in nanofluidics systems, with applications to nano-scale flow and transport, enhanced oil recovery, and unconventional natural gas resources.  Responsibilities will include the design and testing of nanofluidics systems with an emphasis on characterizing fluid flow and mass transport at the sub-micron scale.  Competitive salary and benefits offered.

The candidate should have a PhD or equivalent in engineering (chemical, mechanical, or electrical), materials science or physics and a strong background in micro- and nanofabrication.  The successful candidate must have a strong publication in high-impact journals and demonstrate the ability to conduct independent research.
