- A postdoctoral fellow position is immediately available at the University of South Carolina. The ideal candidate will hold a PhD degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, materials science or related areas. Of particular interest are those candidates with strong background in carbon nanotube synthesis and characterization. The successful candidate will participate in a vibrant research group and will contribute to the development of carbon nanotube based nano-electromechanical system (NEMs) for biomedical applications. In addition, the candidate will be involved in collaborations with USC NanoCenter, and USC medical school and must show a high motivation to interdisciplinary work.
