Job Description:

IC Fabrication Engineers - Nanotechnology

Primary responsibilities: Development and
fabrication of hybrid molecular-electronic
devices. Interact with chemists and circuit design
engineers, perform failure/defect analysis,
fabricate and integrate devices, test and debug
electronic circuits. Interact closely with the
company's circuit design engineers who are
developing memory I/O and control logic.

Qualifications: M.S., Ph.D., EE, ECE or equivalent
preferred. Experience in fabrication of
semiconductor devices. Experience with
lithography, diffusion, thin films, etch,
metalization, CVD and planarization is preferred.
Familiarity with basic electronics, equipment
trouble-shooting, installation and operation.
Strong verbal and written communications skills.
Project leader experience is a plus.
