French Speaking Technical Service Specialist

Our client is an established producer of Optical, Electronics and Imaging technology for a number of different industries worldwide. Due to company growth they are currently seeking a Technical Support Specialist to support their esteemed team in Yorkshire.
You will be a main technical support contact for Customers and Clients alike in an established area. You will be responsible for day to day contact with customers and client via both email and phone, and will be required to answer product related technical questions and general sales related enquiries providing price and delivery information, providing quotations and providing information on existing orders. In addition to this support function, the role also involves contacting customers in order to procure additional orders or extend existing orders. Please note this is predominantly desk role, based working within a small technical team, full technical, and product training and support will be given.
The successful candidate will be of graduate calibre within Physics or Electronic Engineering and will also be bi-lingual, with fluent skills in English and French, the ideal candidate will also speak Italian. You must have a good scientific background and the ability to pick up product knowledge and technical information quickly. You will liaise with scientific professionals confidently. Excellent IT and Communication skills are essential.
