&lt;p&gt;The Company is targeting collaborative agreements with industry partners within the next three to four years. Industry is already beginning to rapidly align itself with the limited key university research teams to acquire a knowledge base not accessible in the private sector. University research teams are years ahead of the industrial sector in knowledge about nanotechnology and how to deploy its promising applications that will change the shape of entire industries worldwide. Those who don’t embrace it immediately and acquire the knowledge necessary to retool their products, methods, and strategies necessary to integrate this technology risk losing a segment of their market or their entire business. Nanoscience Technologies is a founder in this new industrial revolution and has invaluable scientific knowledge with corresponding intellectual property to provide a critical collaboration with a select few partners.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The Company will provide the ability for a limited number of industrial partners to pursue early research issues and protocols, and develop what will become in-house research methodologies for nanotechnology based products while allowing these companies to successfully continue on their course with their current market efforts. The industrial complex is focused on near-term market objectives necessitated by the need to maintain market share and to address investor pressures on the bottom line. For most companies, the cost to properly fund an in-house research effort for products that may not be realized commercially during the next five to ten years is prohibitive. In addition, the private sector does not have access to the skills bank to mount the dynamics and the many development phases of such a research effort. In the final analysis their market future lies with the knowledge base in the university sector. In collaboration with our partners, Nanoscience Technologies will review the knowledge base and intellectual properties available. For those industrial efforts specifically in-line with the research and development initiatives of the Seeman Laboratory, the Company is targeting to reach an accord on a fee basis to assist the select companies to lay the framework for potential new processes and products. As well, the Company will identify research venues relative to DNA nanotechnology for integration in the prospective partner’s current products offerings to ensure that they remain competitive in the nano driven world to come.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;In due course, various NYU developing technologies will come to fruition and be ready for commercial deployment. There are presently significant efforts underway in nanoarchitecture that will potentially effectively address medical industry venues such as drug leads as well as other key technologies, such as nanomotors. The value lies in a range of applications from aiding in self-assembly routines to electronic switching which will attract commercial partners and allow the Company to execute sub-licensing agreements for this intellectual property. These opportunities will be addressed by on-staff licensing professionals and their technical support staff that will liaise between the NYU research team and the prospective commercial partners. As these opportunities unfold in varying timelines for various commercial applications, the Company will effectively manage these opportunities.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Another key revenue prospect for the Company are the initiatives of various government agencies. On a global scale the US government appears to have committed more funds to nanotechnology research than any other government internationally. Nanotechnology relative to the military and national defense is clearly a key venue. One of the first government agency funding events for the Seeman Laboratory was the Department of the Navy based on their early recognition of the long term strategic military benefits that may evolve from the technology. The Seeman Laboratory is internationally recognized as a leader in their field and clearly presents a value proposition for government development initiatives in various agencies. The Company will endeavor to identify various government entities where our intellectual property rights may prove valuable and address the agency on a technical level to potentially contract collaborative research and/or development services contract(s).&lt;/p&gt;
