This short course, hosted by the Michigan Nanofabrication Facility at the University of Michigan, will provide an introduction to micro and nano fabrication technologies. It will be particularly relevant to researchers in the MEMS, nanotechnology, and electronics fields who are interested in but do not necessarily have previous experience with microfabrication.
