Position 7PQ: Capacities. Science in Society

Goal: to spread and help the new scientific nanotechnology border with a shared job between researchers and artists.

Market goal: innovators, pioneers, predated majority

After the European Board selection it will be established the OTHER BORDERS COMBINE.

Company structure: functional

Development and general schedule: 6 nanotechnology arguments will be touched:
A) Nano and macro world
B) Photovoltaic
C) Nanomedicine
D) Ethic
E) Environmental impact
F) New materials

1. For every arguments the project director will choose 2 scientific coordinators and 2 artistic
coordinators, in all there will be 12 coordinators.

2. Everybody’s function will be to select 3 artists and 3 researchers for their specific argument
and for their skills (artistic or scientific).

At the end there will be in all 18 artists and 18 researchers. Every argument will be examined by 8 people – 1 artistic coordinator, 1 scientific coordinator, 3 artists, 3 researchers.
Every artist/researcher will be chosen on the base of one essential characteristic: multifeeling.
Every work team will meet, compare ideas, produce things throughout a period of 2 years.
All the works will be presented and exposed time by time in scientific parks, scientific museums, HiTech fairs, etc…to be seen/listened/read/touched by all the visitors.
The European and Extra European tour coordination will be decided between the partners. Every tour will last two years.
At the end of the tour, all the works will be back in Italy and exposed in different places where conferences, meetings, congresses will be based on the 6 big arguments with the presence of every coordinator, artist and researcher in conjunction with well-known world guests.

.OTHERBORDERS will be repeated every 7 years and will be presented at every PQ supporting the European Community program.
