The conference focuses on the state-of-the-art research and development in Micro- and Nano-scale phenomena, devices, systems, manufacturing, as well as the commercialization of Micro- and Nano-technologies. The conference will consist of plenary talks, invited talks, contributed oral and poster presentations, and exhibitions and will provide opportunities for communication and collaboration between industry and academia.
