Myself Raghavendra M, I did M.Tech in Nanoscience and Technology and i did my project in National aerospace laboratories, Bangalore, project tittle is Effects of Chromium content on Structure and Electrical properties of Chromium-doped Diamond Like Carbon films. I did heterojunction diodes and measured electrical properties and conformed that at low chromium doping rectification is high and at high chromium doping it exhibit ohmic behaviour. in the future diamond like carbon doped with chromium can be used in spintronics applications.I want to do some more work on thin films please kindly offer me as research student. is am eligible to apply for research in your institute am from M.Tech.
