Infinitesima's first product, the ActivResonance Controller was the outcome of a sustained programme of research, prototyping, testing and development. The ActivResonance Controller is capable of improving the force sensitivity of a scanning probe microscope by up to a 1000 fold.

By combining our resonant scanning technology with state-of-the -art speed capture and real-time processing electronics, Infinitesima has paved the way for a new generation of ultra fast scanning probe microscopes (SPM)Е…..SPMs that are capable of imaging at rates up to 100 frames/sec. Our first 'new generation' SPM is the VideoSNOM- a SNOM at video-rate and beyond.
