Earlybirds initial investments typically range from $1 to 5 million and Earlybird may participate in subsequent rounds as portfolio clients grow Т– therefore, further investments may raise the total investment to as much as $10 to 15 million.

At present, Earlybird manages three funds that total approximately $300 million in committed capital. Earlybird frequently does serve as the lead investor, and, as such, joins the boards of directors of those companies.
