Biotechnology and Medicine are the main fields where the microsieve(R) is utilised. Some applications are; sterile filtration, absolute filtration, critical cell-cell separation, cell deformability testing and cell harvesting. In these cases a bio compatible microsieve(R) material is used or the microsieve(R) is coated with such a material.
