Brief resume :

Andy Erickson is the President and Chief Executive Officer of MultiProbe Inc. He holds 6 Patents in the field of Nanoscale Electrical Measurements and has published and presented dozens of papers, short courses and lectures on the subject.

Educational background :

Bachelor of Science in Physics from the University of California, San Diego, and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Utah, Salt Lake City.

Professional background :

Prior to founding MultiProbe in February, 2001 Andy headed the electrical applications group at Digital Instruments / Veeco, the world's premier supplier of Atomic Force Microscopes. His group's work established electrical measurement AFM as a ubiquitous tool in semiconductor laboratories worldwide.

Nanotechnology vision :

As we at MultiProbe develop our products to support ever-shrinking technology nodes, we envision expanding the applications of our AFP technology to support emerging areas of nanotechnology research.
