Dear Mr. Lainhart:

I am a long-time investor of CTIC.
I am writing to express my concern about the management and future of CTIC, and my investment. I have several issues listed below I would like for you to address.
1. How do I get copies of minutes from the last 7
shareholder meetings that were supposed to have been
held since the year 2000?
2. How many board of director meeting’s have you had
since 2000.
3. I would like to request a copy of the by laws of
CTIC.
4. I would like to know how the money that I have
invested in CTIC was spent.
5. Have there been any official audits of the
financial records of CTIC in the last 8 years. If so,
would you supply me with a copy of those audits?
6. How many shareholders are there in CTIC? Would you
please provide me with a copy of all of the shareholders on record for CTIC as well as the addresses of each shareholder?
7. How many shares of stocks of CTIC have been issued
to date? Who is the major shareholder and how many
shares does that shareholder have.
8. I have been told that the production plant/operation in Houston has been closed down. If that is true how can you continue to promote on the CTIC website that we are a high volume producer of Carbon Nano Material.
It would appear that you are promoting the manufacturing and selling of a product that we, not only don't have, but are now, no longer producing.
9. According to your latest letter dated April 3,
2008, you indicated that CTIC had spent a great deal
of money, time and energy to develop and refine the
CTIC technology. Could you tell me how much CTIC money
has been spent on the Houston operation in the refining of and the improvement of the Nano material, as well as the testing of the waste destruction process.
10. Also, according to your April 3, 2008 letter,
there have been a number of inquires about our nano
material. Could you tell me how many there have been
and what CTIC has actually done to follow up on the
intensity and interest of these potential clients.
11. You further indicated in the above mentioned
letter, that there had been several lubricant
manufacturers that have tested our Nano material and
that the results obtained, from these testing’s, enhanced
the useful life of engine oil. Could you provide me
with a copy of these test results from these lubricant manufacturers?
Also, as you so masterfully described in you letter, now that our products were
tested and found to be so effective, when will the
first big product purchase order contract be received
from these manufacturers.
