Dr. Morgan Currently serves as the Director of Science and Technology at the National Paint and Coatings Association (NPCA). Dr. Morgan, utilizing his expertise in science and business has formed a new Science and Technology Committee comprised of over 20 of the Industries top CTOs and thought leaders. The goal of the Platform is to become a trusted industry resource for gathering and reporting relevant and up-to-date scientific and technical information, to provide business value through the support of commercial innovation, and advancement of paints and coatings technology.
