MMFX Technologies Corporation, headquartered in Irvine, California, was formed on June 22, 1998 to commercialize its proprietary, micro and nanotechnologies that enable the manipulation of the microstructures of materials to obtain optimum microstructural properties.

The current focus for MMFX’s core technology is uncoated steel that has a microstructure fundamentally different from conventional steel; in fact, this revolutionary technology has produced steel unlike any steel material ever introduced to the marketplace – five times as corrosion-resistant and up to three times as strong as conventional steel.

MMFX currently has three wholly-owned operating subsidiaries – MMFX Steel Corporation of America, Fasteel Corporation, and MMFX International Holdings, Inc. – that bring MMFX products to market for specific uses, as follows:

MMFX Steel Corporation of America, a Nevada corporation, established for the commercialization and sale of concrete reinforcing steel products based on the Company’s proprietary technology. MMFX Steel has operating divisions located in Riverside, California; Longview, Washington; and Jacksonville, Florida.
Fasteel Corporation, a California corporation, organized for the purpose of applying the Company’s proprietary technology for automotive and marine uses.
MMFX International Holdings, Inc., a Delaware corporation, established to hold and consolidate the Company’s international operations. Of MMFX International Holdings, Inc. wholly-owned subsidiaries, MMFX Steel of Canada Inc. is the operating entity for the Company’s steel mill facility in Welland, Ontario, Canada.
