WOCSDICE is a forum for researchers and industry engineers to discuss the
newest trends and developments in the field of compound semiconductor
technology.

The 2008 WOCSDICE will feature advancements in the areas of III-V compounds
and large-area scaling, III-nitride materials, devices and circuits,
high-frequency circuits, and optical interconnects.

The 2008 conference will also expand its focus to include discussions on
organic semiconductors.
