Tasks at Nanovalent include business plan and SBIR grant composition, target market and competitive due diligence, negotiation of an intellectual property purchase, financial planning and budgeting, and negotiation with venture funding sources. We have submitted multiple SBIR grants for the use of nanoparticles as chemoembolization agents, siRNA delivery, and vaccine antigen delivery. Additional activities include authorship of the commercialization strategies on over $1.1M in funded government grants, and negotiation of partnerships with NIH, University of Texas at Houston, Kettering Hospital, Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles, and Novelix Pharmaceuticals.
