In order to accelerate the creation and development of the next generation of business and materials Nissan Chemical Industries has formed a top-level organizational partnership with Kyushu University, the largest such partnership between a company and a university in Japan. Cooperative research is continuing into new nanoparticle fields, as an independent organization under the direct control of the President.

With the goal of becoming a distinctive Value Creation Enterprise, our corporation continues unique R&D activities at our four domestic focal bases, while simultaneously developing collaborative research and/or technical collaboration with domestic and overseas universities, public research institutions as well as corporations. In addition, product planning and experimental research has been carried out globally at an agricultural chemicals testing farm in Indiana, the United States, and through other joint ventures.
