Nanomouldrelease is formulated with highly refined methods incorporating the use of nanotechnology.
Its system of delivery and the coating bears the testimony of how far technology has taken us today.
At between 100nm (nanometer) in thickness, this coating has hydrophobic (water repelling) , anti-stick,and chemical/corrosion resistance with low coefficient of friction.
It reduce surface tension, translucent, colorless, non toxic & rohs compliance.
Does not trans-migrate to substrate, does not chemically bond with other substances and can be used with ease of application without special macine or devices.
All process is done manually and curing at room temperature.
Nanomouldrelease fills up gap and crevices on the surface with a microscopic mesh like structure that can withstand a very wide range of temperature from-50~450 degree or more with compromising the stablity of the nano-mesh cross linking structure or its adherence to the surface it is applied onto.
Its flexibilities allows it to stretch and contract with the substrate through such ranges of temperature with cracking or peeling.
Major benifits for moulding industry:
