S100 Nanomanipulator System

Long description :

The S100 Nanomanipulator System is a manipulation and testing tool used with a scanning electron microscope (SEM) for micro- and nanoscale research, development, and production applications.

The S100 features up to four positioners that grasp, move, test, and optimally position micro- and nanoscale samples with four axes of movement. The S100 enables simultaneous manipulation, imaging, and testing at the nanometer scale. You can use Zyvex’s S100 Nanomanipulator System to:

• Increase your productivity with its flexible, compact, modular design.
• Transfer samples to other microscopes using the S100's application-specific sample carriers.
• Use NanoEffector™ tools to manipulate samples.
• Add new capabilities and functionality to existing and next generation SEMs.
• Interface with standard laboratory instruments and testing hardware through BNC-type connectors.

The S100 is easy to install. The joystick and illuminated keypad provide unparalleled control. Interchangeable NanoEffectors expand the types of experiments you can perform on meso, micro-, and nanoscale structures.
