The company was founded in 2000 to address the emerging heat problem that now threatens the development of higher-performing microelectronic products. We are the first company to have taken this innovative thermal management technology from the laboratory to high volume manufacturing, and operate as both a licensor of the technology and a vertically integrated provider of customized applications.

Celsia Technologies is the trade name for iCurie, Inc. (OTCBB: ICUR), a United States corporation headquartered in Miami, Florida with subsidiaries in London, England and Seoul, South Korea. Our Design and Manufacturing operations are based in Seoul, and are led by former Samsung scientist Dr. Jeong Hyun Lee Ph.D., who is also known for his work at NASA and at Samsung.
