Applied Nanostructures’ team leverages its extensive experience in nanofabrication technology and research in AFM probes to develop and manufacture high end AFM probes. Our in-house class 1000 clean room facility combined with state-of-the-art characterizations tools, enables rapid prototyping, adoptability and versatility in designing and developing new products for our customers. Our expertise is in shaping of silicon and other materials through micro fabrication and nano-modification. Our clean room is equipped with tools for processes such as Photolithography, Thermal Processing, Wet/Dry Etching, Metal Deposition etc. The characterization and development tools include, Profilers, Scanning electron Microscope and Focused Ion Beam.
