Inanovate is based on ten years of research at the University of Birmingham's world-leading Nano Physics Research Lab (UK). Inanovate uses a proprietary platform to create nano-scale surface structures through a unique process capable of nano-meter precision in a time and cost effective way.

Inanovate's surface structures are created from novel nano-scale building blocks which exhibit unique physical properties that differ significantly from those of their bulk counterpart.

Leveraging this unique platform and expertise, Inanovate is developing nano-structured biochip substrates to facilitate the next generation in biochip technology.

Inanovate's substrates will transition biochips from micro-array technology, to nano-arrays an order of magnitude more sensitive and consistent. Such performance improvements will both improve existing drug development procedures, and enable biochip technology to access broader reaching diagnostic markets.
