BioCrystal's management team brings depth of knowledge, experience and know-how to the task of commercializing products from the three technology areas of the company. Objectives for the pre-market technology development period have been accomplished. BioCrystal has been issued 26 patents. Multiple US and foreign applications are pending.

BioCrystal has initiated the commercial rollout of OptiCell; the company has begun seeking commercial partners for its fluorescent nanocrystal technology - BioPixels; and 3rd party resources will begin conducting pre-clinical and initial human/FDA testing for portions of BioCrystal's immune corrective therapy technology in the fourth quarter 2003.
