Xidex Corporation first products are carbon nanotube tips for scanning probe microscopes. The company is also prototyping a dual-probe NanoCaliperTM AFM for use by the National Institute of Standards and Technology and working with UT Austin ’s Physics Department on probes for single proton imaging using nuclear magnetic resonance force microscopy. Xidexs intellectual property is protected by fundamental issued and pending patents.
