Izon’s tunable nanopore platform leads the world in offering an affordable, robust and highly flexible technology for nanoparticle detection, quantitation and characterization across a wide range of applications. 

We offer:

• a dynamically tunable nanopore platform – a unique feature of this technology, Izon’s nanopores can be opened, closed and changed in size in real time. The platform en
  compassing this technology is called SIOS (Scanning Ion Occlusion Spectroscopy)
• instruments that are small, light and robust, hence portable,
• price competitiveness – our instruments are significantly less expensive than competing technologies.

 
Two instruments based on this platform are currently available.

• qViro is a virus counting instrument which provides previously unavailable capability to quantify virus particles in real-time.
  
• qNano is a nanoparticle research instrument which provides analysis capability including relative size distribution of nanoparticles in real-time.
