As part of our current expansion, HP is looking for fresh graduate based in Cyberjaya for development and maintenance work on mainly IBM Mainframe Environment. Here, you will be able to make strong contributions to the organization while enhancing your skills, career and work-life balance. Formal training and on-the-job training on IBM mainframe environment would be provided for fresh graduate. In HP, the selected graduates will be exposed to the best practices of software engineering such as CMMI and ITIL, and gained experience in the best practice area of software processes, analysis and design, testing. In addition, they will be able to develop career in various industry such as banking, retail and manufacturing.   Dare to take the challenges, we are looking for fresh IT Graduates or 1-2 years experiences… 1.       Familiarity with IBM Mainframe on COBOL/Easytrieve/JCL would be an advantage.
2.       Familiarity with Java/J2EE/SOA or AS/400 would also be an advantage.

• Degree from a recognized university.
• Familiar with software development skills.
• Understand software development lifecycle steps and processes.
• Strong English communication capability, speaking and written.
• Willingness to work to meet the deadlines set.
• Good team player and able to work in a small/medium/large project size.
• Good working attitude and willing to learn new technology.
• Willing to be based in Cyberjaya.
