The researches to be conducted concern the elaboration of delafossite Cu-based transparent oxide, its physical, electrical, chemical and optical characterization and the modification of its optical-electrical properties using point-defects engineering and characterization . This work demands materials science and chemistry competencies in the field of MetalOrganic Chemical Vapour Deposition, ion implantation, point-defects characterization and electrical transport measurements.
