| Join the Nanotechnology and Composites Centre of Excellence under the Innovative Plastics Program at GE Global Research Centre, Bangalore to accelerate the next generation of innovations in Polymer composites/nanotechnology. The candidate will have the opportunity to work with highly acclaimed local and global teams on cutting edge research concepts for converting into reality in order to accelerate the business growth. Key responsibilities include personally planning, conducting innovative experiments and interpret/analyze results that quantify the benefits of polymer composites and nanotechnology as per business needs and priority. The candidate will also be required to communicate to both local and global team by engaging in the technical discussion and documentation in the form of research reports. The ideal candidate is expected to possess advanced knowledge in the area of polymer science and technology and hands on experience with polymer processing and various characterization methods. |

| Masters /Ph.D. (preferred) in Polymer Science/Engineering and Technology. Must have a strong fundamental background in Polymer Science and Technology, more specifically in Polymer Rheology, Nanotechnology, Composites and Processing. Must have proven project execution skills, excellent teamwork and communication skills Ideally should be willing to learn and take up challenge. Also needs to be flexible and open to do hands-on work in lab, deliver by his/her own and communicate in a global research environment. Fresh candidate from internationally reputed institute with relevant project experiences are also encouraged to apply. |
