1.Establish well-structured sales and marketing plan and strategy in alignment with Material Science Initiatives.
2.Build, grow and manage MS accounts as per the above-mentioned plan and strategy to meet the sales goals and objectives in China.
3.Create and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders in MS to promote penetration, retention and loyalty.
4.Conduct market analysis and execute appropriate marketing campaigns for the MS products in China.
5.Plan and provide related product trainings to sales team.
6.Work with related departments within the company to better manage the above-mentioned products in China.
7.Work as liaison to global MS marketing team to inspire the development of international strategy
1.Master or Ph.D. in Material Science or related Materials fields (e.g. Physics);
2.Minimum 3~5 years experience on field sales and 2 years in related laboratory;
3.Experience in reagent and / or technology platform sales is a strong plus;
4.Knowledge of materials, skills, technologies and market needs associated with Alternative Energy, Biomedical Engineering, Micro / Nanoelectronics, Nanotechnology and / or Organic & Printed Electronics Applications. Experience (either practical or sales) in any of these areas is a strong plus.
5.Fluent in both written and spoken English.
