3rd Nanotechnology Festival in Iran

165 Entities Register to Attend 3rd Nanotechnology Festival in Iran TEHRAN (FNA)- Iran is due to host the third International Nanotechnology Festival from October 25 to 29.

The secretariat of the third International Nanotechnology Festival announced the final list of more than 165 centers that have completed the registration for attending the event.

According to the announcement of the secretariat of the festival, 94 firms from the private sector, 23 scientific and research centers, 12 science and technology parks, 13 laboratories, 10 journals, 9 educational companies and scientific institutes, 4 governmental institutes, and some companies and firms from six foreign countries have registered for the participation in the festival until 22nd of September.

The second International Nanotechnology Festival was held in November 2009, and it was welcomed greatly by researchers, industrialists, university students, students, and all people interested in nanotechnology.

Last year’s festival included various parts such as public education, industrial zone, nano shop, specialized meeting and workshop, exhibition of the scientific achievements of university students, and awarding the best of nanotechnology.

In addition to holding an exhibition for displaying the national abilities in nanotechnology, the third International Nanotechnology Festival will include various parts such as Nanotechnology Services Corridor to Market, Public Education, Art and Nanotechnology National Competition, Nano Shop, specialized meetings and workshops, and the ceremony to award the best of nanotechnology in Iran.
