Gurgaon: Gurgaon-based Navran Advanced Nanoproducts Development International (NAND ipl) has raised funds from Singapore-based Khattar Holdings for an undisclosed amount. Oxford Instruments, which manufactures tools and systems for industry and research, has purchased Omicron NanoTechnology GmbH along with its subsidiaries, and Ombiprobe in a double deal worth €46.25 million (£40.67 million). German-based Omicron designs and produces microscopes and chemical analysis instruments for nanotechnology research.
